We do not offer refunds on any products we sell. They are electronic deliverable goods and we do not offer exchanges. Our products are sold as is with no warranty. Persons filing a chargeback or a complaint with a payment processor will be blocked on our servers and the servers of our affiliated companies. Think it through before you request a refund. Because our products are digital we can not retrieve them once they are delivered and the only way to prevent users from using them after a refund is issued is to block the user on our servers. This means that the user will lose access to all other items they have purchased.
